Mike Dehm of Reuters and I threw a cocktail party for 40 of our finest content partners last eve at Divine Bar in NYC. We hosted a combined event, inviting BD professionals from the online financial news media space to attend. With an open-bar serving drinks from 7-10, we swapped business cards, shared a drink and a canape, and had a laugh or two after a long day at the PaidContent conference. Representatives from Reuters and CNNMoney (obviously) were in attendance, along with folks from AOL, Dow Jones (WSJ, Barrons and AllThingsD), Business Week, IAC (FiLife), CNBC, TheStreet, HuffingtonPost, Seeking Alpha, Answers and other fantastic sites.
Hope to gather again in early ’08.
